Suburban did a great job of helping us when the wiring to our septic pump got moisture on it and burned out. They came out and did a great job of repairing it and saved us from any undue water coming back into our house. Companies like Suburban are hard to find. They are friendly, timely and knowledgeable. Brady is an excellent technician. As long as Suburban is in business, I will never look for a different septic company.
Called you for a system pump out and possible upflow pump replacement. Tank was pumped out, but upflow pump pipe connections were found to be leaking. Connections were tightened, so outflow pump not replaced. Work was accomplished quickly. This is the second time I have relied on their service and am completely satisfied with their work.

We needed to get a complete new septic system after the lid on our old holding tank collapsed. Pat came out the next day to give us an estimate and give us EPA contact information. The cost was reasonable, the work excellent. So good, we will be contracting with Suburban to service and maintain the system. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Brady was incredibly generous with his time, explaining how my system worked, what the different parts were, etc. While I'm moving back into the home in which I grew up and was aware that I had a septic system, growing up my parents always handled the maintenance. November 2, 2017. I needed to have a complete new septic system installed on my property this past October. From my first phone call to the finish of the installation was a pleasure to have done business with suburban septic. I had to have a mound system installed which involved a lot of manual and heavy equipment use. Pat and his sons went about the procedure with a professional attitude ,I have not experienced with anyone like this for a long time. It was a real blessing. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have any kind of septic work completed.
